A successful property business is seeking an Administrator to join the team based in North London. Please note, this is an office-based role so you will be expected to be on-site 5 days per week.

Reporting into the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing  and managing the allocation of properties within the property management operations. You will play a vital role in managing property availability, maintaining accurate records, handling tenant and landlord queries, and overseeing all administrative functions related to property allocations and lettings.

In order to be suitable for this role, you will have strong organisational skills coupled with a high-level of attention to detail. It is essential to have excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to engage with tenants, utility providers and internal teams. Prior experience in a similar position will be advantageous to your application but by no means necessary. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) is a pre-requisite for this role.
