We are currently recruiting for Assessment Service Operators / Administrators for RM.

RM is a leading supplier of technology and resources to the education sector, supporting schools, teachers, and pupils across the globe - from pre-school to higher education - including examination boards, central governments and other professional institutions.

Their vision is to enable the improvement of education outcomes around the world.

You will need to be available immediately for initial training, the role will be fully remote, however you will need to attend the office on the first day for initial set up and equipment collection. This project will be a minimum of 2-4 weeks on going.

You will be required to work 38 hours per week. The shift pattern will be Monday to Friday with shift patterns between 8am-5pm. The position offers Hybrid Office/Home Based working with equipment provided but you will need a comfortable working from home space. Alternatively, if you require to work in the office full time there is opportunity to arrange this.

A day in the life of an Assessment Service Operator will include:

  • Managing high volume data and perform analysis and quality check as per agreed process guidelines
  • QC and Reconciliation Ticket resolution in line with SLAs
  • Management Reporting
  • Support Senior Resources during peak exam sessions
  • Using RM products and platforms to investigate issues and communicate with internal/external customers

Essential skills required:

  • Capability to work from home
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic MS Office knowledge
  • Experience of working within teams but also comfortable managing individual tasks/targets
  • Time management skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Capable of exercising ethical judgement and integrity
  • Proactive approach to managing workload

Desired skills:

Desired skills would be previous experience in an operations environment and proficient with basic computer or laptop hardware and software.

The client will provide equipment such as a laptop but if you have an extra monitor that would support your work.

You will also be supported with in person training then training whilst working on the role.
