Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement experimental strategies to assess plant traits in various environments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align research activities with project objectives.
- Analyse and interpret data from laboratory and field studies to support decision-making.
- Apply plant biology and molecular knowledge to enhance trait development.
- Maintain and organise research data for clarity and accessibility.
- Present findings through reports and internal presentations.
- Contribute to the evolution of research methodologies and data practices.
- Support team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- PhD or equivalent in Plant Science, Biology, or a related field, with relevant research experience.
- Strong background in plant physiology and molecular biology.
- Experience in experimental design and data analysis in plant systems.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
