Production Operative - Early Shift (6am-2pm)

Pay Rate: 13.50 per hour
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Vibe Recruit are recruiting for Production Operatives to join a growing and well-established manufacturer based in Abingdon. Due to continued expansion, this is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving business offering long-term career prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
Running production vessels
Testing and analysing manufactured products, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed
Carrying out quality control checks on materials
Following clear instructions to produce products to specification
Mixing, filling and transferring products into smaller batches
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised production area
Adhering to all health & safety guidelines at all times
About You:
Previous experience within food or pharmaceutical manufacturing is advantageous (but not essential)
Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
Willingness to learn, develop and improve within the role
What's on Offer:
