Duties
  • Handle customer parts enquiries with excellent service
  • Accurately identify, pick, and dispatch parts swiftly
  • Manage stock control and inventory
  • Supply parts to workshop technicians
  • Organise parts logistics and delivery runs
  • Support team and report to the Business Owner
Requirements
  • Extensive experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within classic or performance automotive sectors
  • Strong personal interest in automotive projects and vintage cars
  • Mechanical experience is a plus but not essential
  • IT literate, familiar with electronic parts catalogues
  • Valid UK driving licence with minimal points; Category B+E preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
