Duties

Handle customer parts enquiries with excellent service
Accurately identify, pick, and dispatch parts swiftly
Manage stock control and inventory
Supply parts to workshop technicians
Organise parts logistics and delivery runs
Support team and report to the Business Owner

Requirements

Extensive experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within classic or performance automotive sectors
Strong personal interest in automotive projects and vintage cars
Mechanical experience is a plus but not essential
IT literate, familiar with electronic parts catalogues
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points; Category B+E preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
