My Client, a leading provider of high-quality, innovative signage solutions are looking for a Sales & Client Services Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

This role will entail helping support their clients and Project Managers while also growing their client base.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be a key contact for clients, ensuring they get what they need from us;
  • Follow up on leads, introducing their services to potential clients and helping expand their client base;
  • Working with Project Managers and manufacturing team to ensure everything runs smoothly;
  • Improving the processes, to make things simpler and more efficient for their clients and our team.

What we are looking for:

  • A person who enjoys building relationships;
  • Someone confident in sales, comfortable reaching out to potential clients and finding new opportunities;
  • Someone who is organised, reliable, good at keeping track of details and ensuring things run smoothly;
  • A team player who is able to work closely with both the Project Managers and manufacturing team;
  • Someone with good communication skills, who is clear, professional and approachable when speaking with clients;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools;
  • Willingness to work additional hours when needed to meet deadlines;
  • Full UK driving licence required.
