CCDO/Demolition Contracts Manager

360 Recruitment are currently assisting a specialist contractor in their search for a Contracts Manager on demolition schemes.   

You will be responsible for overseeing several projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Job role: CCDO/Demolition Contracts Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (dependant on project experience, responsibilities, etc)

Benefits: Company car/van, fuel card, pension, etc

Demolition Contracts Manager Responsibilities:

  • Contract Preparation & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, tenders, and proposals with all parties (clients, consultants, subcontractors).
  • Project Oversight: Monitor project progress, budgets, and time lines against contractual terms, liaising with site managers and QS.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, health & safety (e.g., CDM), and quality standards.
  • Financial Control: Manage budgets & track costs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary contact, build relationships, and resolve conflicts with clients, teams, and third parties.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate contract records, issue notices, and manage the contract life cycle.
  • Site Presence: Attend site meetings to monitor progress and address issues directly.

Requirements:

  • CCDO Black Manager’s card.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experienced Project/Contracts Manager within the demolition industry.
