Vibe Recruit are excited to be recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist to join a busy and forward-thinking Occupational Health team based in Abingdon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrives in a fast-paced service environment.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support, managing service bookings, and ensuring every interaction reflects a "Right First Time" approach. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth clinic operations and supporting internal teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support - Respond to customer queries via phone and email with professionalism, empathy and accuracy.
Service Bookings - Manage bookings for Occupational Health services, guiding customers through the process.
Clinic Coordination - Open and manage clinic schedules, source resources and ensure appointments are set up correctly.
Supplier Liaison - Coordinate with trusted third-party partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
Internal Communication - Work closely with Clinical, Laboratory and other internal teams to resolve enquiries.
Process Excellence - Follow standard operating procedures, prioritise workload and achieve SLAs & KPIs.
General Admin - Carry out admin tasks to support the efficient running of customer operations.
Team Support - Contribute to wider team objectives and take on additional tasks where required.

Experience & Skills

* Educated to national standards
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Previous customer service experience desirable
* IT literate - confident with Word, Excel & Outlook
* Salesforce experience desirable
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Customer-focused with a commitment to quality
