We're seeking two dedicated Customer Service Representatives to assist with client enquiries and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, with a strong focus on maintaining and strengthening client relationships.

Description

The successful Customer Service Representative will:

  • Document client interactions and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Maintain knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies.

  • Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to team efforts to achieve customer service goals.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Representative should have:
