What we’re looking for in a nursing home manager / care home manager:
- Extensive experience as a nursing home manager or care home manager, ideally within large homes.

- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and a passion for delivering Outstanding care.
- Commercial awareness and confidence in managing budgets effectively.
