About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming and well-resourced early years environment. As a valued member of the team, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating space for children to grow and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Monitor and record children progress, ensuring every child receives the support they need.
- Promote a safe and inclusive environment that supports children well-being.
- Adhere to safeguarding and health & safety policies at all times.
What We're Looking For:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Proven experience working in an early years setting.
- A genuine passion for supporting children development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices.
