Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Start Date: As soon as possible
Hours: Part-time (mornings or flexible pattern)
Contract Type: Ongoing / Temp-to-Perm
Pay: 95-105 per day (depending on experience)

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Abingdon is seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs on a part-time basis.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting a child with SEND on a 1:1 basis, helping them engage in class activities
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCo to implement tailored strategies
Using your patience and empathy to help the pupil develop social and emotional confidence
Creating a nurturing environment that promotes learning and inclusion
About you:
Experience supporting children in a school or care setting
Calm, flexible and proactive approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
