This is a 6 month maternity cover to join a global business in South Oxfordshire as an HR Business Partner. The business offer hybrid working, requiring you to be on site 3 days per week.

Client Details

You will be joining a global business of circa 2,000 employees as part of the HR Business Partnering team. The business units that you support with be spread across several countries, so understanding and experience of working in non-UK markets will set you up for success in this role. The business have experience wide scale change over the last few years, so ability to manage workload and relationships through uncertainty will be imperative.

Description

The People Business Partner will:

  • Partner with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Lead and implement HR projects and initiatives to drive organisational success.
  • Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Work alongside global centres of excellence to provide outstanding support to employees
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees, fostering a positive and engaged workforce.

Profile

A successful People Business Partner should have:

  • A strong background in generalist HR roles, within a global environment.
  • A track record of providing effective solutions to complex HR challenges.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and data analytics.
  • CIPD Level 5 minimum

Job Offer

A salary of circa £60,000 per anum + bonus, private health care, generous holiday allowance and hybrid working policy.
