An opportunity has arisen with one of our clients, for an Accounts Assistant.The company are a fast-growing IT and Print Management company based in Accrington, Lancashire, servicing clients across the United Kingdom. Working with clients to truly understand their challenges and opportunities, they deploy tailored technology solutions across the cloud and on premises, that make a tangible difference to their organisation.

Key Responsibilities:* Entry of purchase invoices to our accounts system* Responding to, and effectively resolving, customer accounts queries* Working with colleagues on issue escalation as necessary* Adopting and applying a 'hands on' problem solving approach* Take ownership of queries assigned to you and manage them through to resolution* Producing reports* Supporting the wider finance team when required* Utilize QuickBooks and Auto Task accounting software to accurately manage financial records, process transactions, and support data entry tasks
