CareerMakers Recruitment are looking for a Sales Representative to join our busy client in the Accrington, BB5.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to target potential clients and increase market share in the manufacturing sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities by researching and prospecting potential clients across various industries.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue targets.
  • Provide technical and product support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and production, to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and new product developments.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Proven track record in sales within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A good understanding of technical products and solutions related to the manufacturing sector.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce would be desirable but not essential.
