The main responsibility of the role is ensuring parts are painted properly according to customer specifications while meeting all quality standards. The working hours 6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday.
Pre-treat, clean, mask, prime, and powder coat a variety of parts as needed.
Perform quality checks.
Sanding and correcting parts as needed.
Department housekeeping.
Clean and maintain equipment.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements and Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of powder coating experience.
Knowledge of powder coat processes.
Experience with managing inventory of products.
Attention to detail.
Ability to stand, bend, lift and carry heavy loads.
