Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00, every other Saturday 08:00-13:00

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
-Arranging Service Department bookings.
-Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
-Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
-Must have 2-3 years' previous experience as a Service Advisor
-Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
-Previous experience Upselling
-Full manual UK Driving Licence
