You will need significant experience of supporting people with complex needs and have a real desire to work with an excellent and positive team.

You will be able to demonstrate good organisational skills, leadership, communication skills and a willingness to work closely with colleagues and Team Leaders to ensure the effective and smooth running of the Service.

You will be expected to assist the Team Leader in the supervision and development of specialist staff, management of service rotas, development, and delivery of support packages. You will have flexibility to work evenings and alternate weekends and take the responsibility of the on-call service on a shared rota basis.

If you feel ready to take on management responsibilities as well as hands on support this may be your chance to develop your skills and continue your personal development in a first level management position.
