Experienced Support Workers - Accrington

Pay: £12.60 PH Starting Salary

Shifts: Long Days, Nights, Waking Nights

We’re looking for experienced Support Workers to join Precedo Healthcare on an Agency basis, working within a residentail service supporting adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities.

Our support workers will be working in a specially designed home and will be supporting residents with diverse and complex needs, there are 6 annexes each with en-suite bedrooms and private living areas.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing high-quality, person-centred care
  • Supporting with daily tasks, medication, and routines
  • Engaging in a wide range of activities
  • Assisting hospital transitions and supporting mental health needs
  • Collaborating with residents to shape their own routines and goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months UK care experience (essential)
  • Enhanced DBS required or willing to apply
  • Passionate about support work and building positive relationships
  • Comfortable with a high staff-to-resident support ratio (3:2:1 to 1:2:1)
