Supported Living Manager. Learning Disabilities Service Manager. Accrington area, Lancashire. This is a great opportunity to join aprogressive care provider as Supported LivingManager, overseeing a cluster of supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex care needs.

You will be leading a team working across several services, with around 15 clients.All the services are located in the Accrington area with good access from surrounding areas such as Blackburn and Burnley. They are well maintained and have good facilities.

What isimportant is a dedication to providing first-rate person centred care for your clients, with a sound knowledge of CQC regulations and standards, and you will be a compassionate leader who enjoys motivating and developing staff, with a supportive leadership approach. You willchampion the provision of person-centred care, and support the team to put clients at the centre of everything they do. The organisation have specialist central teams which will support you in terms of positive behaviour support (PBS) and other back office resources.
