Key Responsibilities in Supply Chain Administration and Logistics
  • Coordinate and process daily purchase orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure accurate and on-time fulfilment.
  • Maintain and update supply chain records, including inventory levels, procurement documents, and supplier information.
  • Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to track orders, resolve issues, and support efficient supply chain processes.
  • Monitor stock movements and inventory discrepancies, supporting stock takes and cycle counts as required.
  • Assist with the preparation and analysis of supply chain and logistics reports to inform business decision-making.
  • Support the implementation of supply chain and logistics improvements, suggesting ways to streamline processes and enhance performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements across supply chain activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the supply chain and warehouse teams, including data entry, document management, and invoice processing.

  • Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics, procurement, or related administrative role is highly beneficial.
