Key Responsibilities in Supply Chain Administration and Logistics- Coordinate and process daily purchase orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure accurate and on-time fulfilment.
- Maintain and update supply chain records, including inventory levels, procurement documents, and supplier information.
- Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to track orders, resolve issues, and support efficient supply chain processes.
- Monitor stock movements and inventory discrepancies, supporting stock takes and cycle counts as required.
- Assist with the preparation and analysis of supply chain and logistics reports to inform business decision-making.
- Support the implementation of supply chain and logistics improvements, suggesting ways to streamline processes and enhance performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements across supply chain activities.
