• Trainee Teaching Assistant programme - entails online training and a paid placement with a view to Smart Teachers then finding you a long-term role
• No previous experience working in schools required
• Candidates are assigned a consultant to support and answer any questions you might have.
• Selection of roles available including 1:1 Teaching Assistant and general TA, across all key stages
• Weekly pay
