Working for a food distribution company you will play a pivotal role in the supply chain operations, reporting to the Regional Transport & Distribution Centre Manager.
Transport Administrator Job Details:
Location: Acton
Salary: 33,000 per annum
Days of Work: Tuesday to Saturday
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (with a 30 minute unpaid break)
Transport Administrator Key Responsibilities:
- Route Planning - create and deploy routings for the fleet, sharing data to facilitate the daily operation
- Order Fulfilment - ensure orders are processed and shipped accurately
- Fleet Management - book and coordinate
- Reporting - maintain accurate reports for your own areas of accountability and responsibility
Transport Administrator Skills & Experience
- Full UK licence
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and ability to build healthy working relationships
- Ability to work well under pressure and cope with high volumes of work
- Experience with route planning and fleet management
This is a fulltime role starting on the 3rd November
