Our client are seeking an outgoing individual to be at the heart of their sales drive. Identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships and contributing to their continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing business development strategies.
  • Generating and converting new sales leads.
  • Using phone sales, marketing, and networking to attract clients.
  • Marketing high-quality candidates across multiple industries.
  • Building and maintaining a Masterlist of contractors.
  • Achieving KPIs including calls, meetings, and lead growth.
  • Identifying customer needs and tailoring your approach.
  • Managing leads from our Delivery team and tracking success.
  • Attending corporate hospitality events to strengthen relationships.
  • Negotiating using a strong “feature/benefit” sales approach.

Key attributes

  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Previous telesales/sales experience (preferred).
  • Strong communicator in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in recruitment or sales.
  • Ambitious, competitive, and driven to progress.
