We are looking for Female Support Workers to work with us in Addlestone, supporting 3 males and 1 female, who have learning disabilities, autism and Epilepsy. You will be supporting on a day-to-day basis with daily tasks within the home, as well as out in the community, where the people we support enjoy activities such as shopping, trips to the day centres and much more! 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Every day’s different, but your role could include:

  • Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently
  • Helping people with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or managing money
  • Encouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the community
  • Providing personal care (with dignity and respect)
  • Making each day meaningful — and having fun while you do it!
