Daytime Healthcare are assisting a national care provider to find an Assistant Service Manager to join the team in the Addlestone area.

This service supports young adults who have learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. This will be across three 24 hour homes and supporting individuals within their own homes and their community.

This role within Addlestone Community covers; Addlestone, Chertsey and Woking area and the role requires you to be fully flexible hold a Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.

  • Work with your Service Manager to manage and lead a successful and positive team.
  • Understands the balance between keeping people safe and promote positive risk taking.
  • Have a good understanding of the social care sector and how it benefits and impacts the people we support.
  • Support your team to stay up to date with policies and procedures to carry out and maintain safe and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Level 3 diploma or equivalent experience.
