What you’ll be doing:
- Planning and delivering creative, engaging maths lessons tailored to students with a range of learning needs.
- Using a variety of teaching strategies and resources to support different learning styles.
- Tracking and assessing progress, helping students work towards qualifications and life skills.
- Working closely with colleagues, families, and external professionals to support each student’s individual learning journey.
- Taking part in school life—from staff meetings to CPD sessions and school events.
What we’re looking for:
- A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent).
- Experience teaching Maths at different levels.
- A good understanding of the challenges and rewards of working with students with special educational needs.
- Someone who’s patient, adaptable, and genuinely enjoys working with young people.
- A team player who’s always looking to learn and grow professionally.
