Thorn Baker are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Project Manager, to join the construction team of a regional private residential developer supporting the Head of Construction ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. The Role:
- Project Planing and Initiation
- Budget & Cost Management
- Team & Contractor Management
- Compliance and risk Management
- Communication and coordination
- Quality & progress monitoring
- Handover & project close out
About You:
- Construction related qualification
- Previous experience managing residential, refurbishment or conversion projects
- Familiarity with construction contracts (JCT, NEC) and cost management practices
- CSCS, SMSTS, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
