FLT COUNTERBALANCE DRIVER

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 08:00 - 17:00

£12.50 PER HOUR

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Truck Driver to join our reputable client based in Airdrie, North Lanarkshire.

This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering a competitive rate of pay and a chance to secure a long-term position.

Day-to-Day Duties

• Safely load and unload construction products onto and from vehicles, using Counterbalance Trucks
• Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations while operating machinery
• Carry out general warehousing duties as required
• Physical fitness is essential as this role involves manual handling of heavy items

Essential Skills

• Valid Counterbalance Licence
• Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Good spatial awareness

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Valid Reach Truck Licence would be desirable

Training

• You will receive training, including a comprehensive overview of warehouse operations and expectations for this role
• Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
