Sonic Summary

First Achieve's Engineering Division is seeking a Fabricator Welder for an established company in the North/East Greater Glasgow region.
The role offers a temporary position at approximately £18 per hour, transitioning to around £16 per hour upon permanent employment after a 12-week probation period.
Candidates are expected to have experience in Sheet Metal Work, Metal Fabrication, and Plating, with MIG, TIG, and Aluminium Welding experience being ideal.
The work schedule consists of a 39-hour week, with hours from 7am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 7am to 12pm on Friday, plus overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular rate.

First Achieve's Engineering Division have an excellent opportunity for a Fabricator Welder to join an established and growing company in the North/East Greater Glasgow region. Our client is an international manufacturer, dedicated to Marine products world-wide.

What's on Offer:

Temp (probation) to perm after 12 weeks
Paying circa £18 per hour while under temp (probation) through agency
Paying circa £16 per hour once permanent
39hr work week
4.5 day work week
7am to 4pm Mon to Thurs and 7am to 12pm Fri
OT 1.5x

This role will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and you will be expected to work as part of a collaborative team of operatives in ensuring the efficient and continual, management and organisation, of products on the premise.

Essential skills, experience and knowledge:

The successful candidate must have:

Experience in Sheet Metal Work / Metal Fabrication / Plating
MIG & TIG Welding experience would also be ideal.
Aluminium Welding Experience.
