We are seeking 4 x cleaners for our client in Alcester. Initially, this position is temporary for 2-3 weeks then it will be a case that you will be called when needed to cover sickness and holidays. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in a school, including a communal kitchens and bathrooms.

Day-to-day of the role:

Perform general cleaning duties such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and restroom cleaning.
Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and bathroom area.
Ensure all areas are cared for and inspected according to standards.
Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a cleaner is highly advantageous but not essential
Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
Customer-oriented and friendly.
Knowledge of English language is essential. Clear communication skills
Understanding of COSHH is highly advantageous but not essential as training will be given
