You will be working in a fresh-food pub/restaurant that serves around 100 covers daily, with busier weekends. The kitchen team is five strong, including a Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Senior CDP, who all pride themselves on teamwork and high standards. Creativity is encouraged, with the freedom to contribute to daily specials and menus.

Tips/Tronc averaging £2.50 per hour
Annual bonus of up to £1,000
Paid overtime (extra hours available but not expected)
Around 28 days holiday per year (accrued)

At least 2 years experience in a fresh-food kitchen (independent pubs, restaurants, or hotels ideal)
Must be able to drive due to the location
Flexible to work weekends (majority of Saturdays and Sundays)
