- Deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing clients via telephone and email
- Maintain clear and accurate customer records using internal systems
- Make outbound follow-up and prospecting calls to support ongoing business growth
- Support administrative tasks including document handling, filing, and data entry
- Help resolve customer queries efficiently to maintain excellent client satisfaction
- Assist with internal marketing and business development campaigns
- Collaborate with the wider team to implement both short- and long-term project goals
- Previous experience in a customer service or telephone-based role
- Strong administration skills and high attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
- A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently
- Must have a full UK driving licence and own transport (due to location)
- Background or interest in the beauty industry is a plus but not essential
