As a Despatch Operative you will ensure the smooth running of the goods out facility within this fast-growing machine parts manufacturer.

Salary – £26,059 Per Annum / £12.85 per hour – Rising to £27,803 / £13.71 after probation

Location – Alcester

Role Type – Permanent / Full time

Hours – 39 Per Week / 7:30-16:30 Monday to Thursday / 7:30-12:30 on Fridays

The Role

You’ll manage essential inventory and despatch tasks, such as loading vehicles, receipting finished parts and controlling the stores area. You’ll also pack parts and maintain inventory traceability and ERP stock record accuracy.

This role will include managing stock takes, controlling shelf-life consumables, and preparing parts for despatch with associated paperwork. It’s important you are organised as you will produce commercial invoices when required, manage packing material stock levels, and arrange necessary transportation. Compliance with all packing and packaging specifications is crucial, ensuring that goods are available for manufacturing and customer shipments. 

Full UK Driving License Required.
