SparkED recruiment are seeking a passionate and dedicated school administrator to join a primary school in Alcester this September. The ideal candidate will have previous office experience, working alongside a welcoming and efficient office team.
You will support daily administrative operations, provide a professional front-of-house experience, and contribute to the smooth running of key school functions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrator, ideally within a school or similar setting
- Confident with administrative tasks and systems
- Able to commit to the working hours of  8:15 am – 4:15 pm, Monday to FridayÂ
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding students

Experience using all Microsoft windows programmes - especially EXCEL , word, PowerPoint.

Familiarity with Bromcom would be helpful and EPM systems.Â
