  • Experience of working on various projects (cyber security, telephone and laptop rollouts, server upgrades, server room configurations etc)

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Systems: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Security, Azure, Defender
  • Experience with working with ERP Systems
  • Basic networking experience (switching, routing, firewalls)
  • Strong experience of providing 1st and 2nd line end user support (Microsoft 365 environment)
