The salary for this permanent position is £12.85 per hour, equating to £26,059.80 per annum.
Applicants are expected to have a driving license and will work day shifts from Monday to Friday.

Perform routine cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping across all general areas.
Complete general repair and maintenance work throughout the facility.
Carry out minor maintenance tasks & undertake grounds maintenance
Adhere to COSHH guidelines and use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
Assist with maintenance tasks, particularly cleaning and preventative maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
Conduct and document regular inspections and routine maintenance activities.
Operate forklifts when required and hold appropriate certification.
Drive company vehicles to transport tools, machinery, and equipment as needed.
Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of vehicles and gardening equipment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of repair and maintenance activities.

General HandEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Heavy lifting – 15kg-18kg
A general handy-man skill set
Willing and able to drive to a van from time to time (go to the Derby site) Driving License
