Staffline is recruiting Machine Operatives to work in Alconbury.
Transport is available from 4 locations in Peterborough.
The rate of pay is:
- Day Shift £12.21 per hour while training
- Day Shift £13.20 per hour when signed off
- Night Shift £12.51 per hour while training
- Night Shift £15.50 per hour when signed off
Overtime is paid after 48 hours at:
- Day Shift £16.50
- Night Shift £19.38
This is a full-time role. The shift pattern is:
Day Shift - 4 on 4 off - 07:00 - 19:30
Night shift - Sun, Mon, Thurs & Friday - 19:00 - 07:00
Flexibility will be required to meet the demands of the business.
Your Time at Work
As a Machine Operative, your duties will include:
- Maintaining and monitoring machinery to ensure proper function.
- Understanding how the machinery operates.
- Observing and following company safety rules and regulations.
- Accurately completing all required paperwork.
- Monitoring machinery to identify any issues.

- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Possess the ability to work and communicate well with others.
- Be willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
