Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Lancaster
Monday to Friday morning/ afternoon shift rotation (2 hour early finish Fridays)
45k + generous overtime structure
25 + stat holidays


Job Purpose:
Due to an on-going plant expansion and huge increase in orders we are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to conduct the maintenance, servicing, and repair of all equipment, supporting the continuity of manufacturing operations and ensuring plant downtime remains minimal.


Key Responsibilities:
Maintain plant, equipment, and utilities across the site.
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Complete routine PPM work and document tasks accurately.
Respond to reactive maintenance tasks efficiently.
Utilize CMMS (SAP) for maintenance activities.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping (5S methodology).
Promote and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide technical support during production breakdowns.
Keep up to date with plant processes and technical advancements.
Assist shift supervision teams with guidance and technical expertise.
Act as an Authorised Person (AP) for emergency situations, including high voltage incidents.


Requirements:
Experience of maintaining equipment in a manufacturing, industrial or production related environment. 
Apprentice trained or equivalent in an Electrical engineering discipline.
Competency in both electrical and mechanical tasks.
Working knowledge of PLCs such as Allen Bradley and Siemens.
