Assistant Hotel Manager Luxury Hotel Suffolk

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Assistant Hotel Manager to join the team at this beautiful coastal hotel.

As Assistant Hotel Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across the hotel.

Youll lead and support the front-of-house team, ensure a smooth guest journey, and uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality.

They are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role within hotels or restaurants and strong leadership and communication skills

You will:

  • Assist in the management of hotel operations, including reception, restaurant, and housekeeping
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team
  • Support with recruitment, rotas, and performance management
  • Drive exceptional guest satisfaction and handling feedback professionally
  • Ensure standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance are met
