Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Create menus that are both creative and profitable, considering seasonal ingredients and dietary requirements.
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate kitchen staff, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Food Ordering and Inventory: Source high-quality ingredients, manage stock levels, and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Monitor food quality, presentation, and safety standards.
