Mansell Consulting Group is delighted to be working with clients who operate stunning destination-style venues throughout Cheshire, renowned for serving exceptional fresh gastro food.
We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to support and help lead a wonderful, busy, foodie-focused venue, ensuring outstanding service and smooth day-to-day operations.
 
Duties
  • Supervise daily operations and ensure efficient workflow across all departments.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team to achieve performance targets.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service by ensuring staff are fully trained
  • Manage administrative tasks including budgeting, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  • Utilise time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate with stakeholders in a clear and professional manner
  • Work closely with the hands on owner
Experience
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role beneficial
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
  • Experience in sales management with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in administrative functions with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage effectively while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
