HR Business Partner

The Role

This isn't a traditional HR role focused on compliance or administration. Instead, you'll be at the heart of the "soft stuff" that makes a company thrive:

• Training & Development - Designing and delivering impactful learning opportunities that help our people grow.
• Coaching & Mentoring - Supporting leaders and employees to unlock their potential and perform at their best.
• Future Forecasting - Anticipating skills gaps and workforce needs to ensure we're ready for tomorrow.
• Succession Planning - Building strong pipelines of talent to secure the future of our leadership and critical roles.
• Culture Development - Championing initiatives that strengthen our values, inclusivity, and employee engagement.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Strong background in learning & development, coaching, and cultural transformation.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills-you'll be a trusted advisor to leaders and employees alike.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and immediate priorities.
• Experience within engineering services-ideally in civil engineering, construction, utilities, or high-voltage (HV) environments.
• Passion for people, growth, and creating workplaces where everyone can thrive.
