Description
- Purchase invoice processing to Sage
- Purchase order matching
- Supplier statement review and reconciliation
- Creditors ledgers reconciliations
- Issuing payment remittances
- Preparing payment runs and processing supplier payments
- Dealing with supplier accounts and queries
- Investigating and resolving invoice queries
- Providing information and support to other departments in the business, as required
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable candidate should have:
- Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar role .
- A good understanding of accounting and finance principles.
- Proficiency in using accounting software Sage and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
Job Offer
