Key Responsibilities Include:
Following up on sales quotations and supporting the sales process
Preparing documents and providing administrative support to the Managing Director
Answering incoming calls and handling general enquiries professionally
Carrying out day-to-day office administration such as scanning, filing, and data entry
Supporting finance operations through basic bookkeeping tasks
Maintaining company records and assisting with ISO9001 documentation
Providing occasional support to the Goods Inwards, Test & Inspection, and Production teams
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Previous experience in a similar office or admin role is advantageous
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
Able to manage tasks independently while working collaboratively with the team
Flexible and responsive to changing priorities within the business
