Location: Our Client
Basic Salary: 38,000 - 48,000
Bonus: 6,000 - 12,000
Hours: Monday to Friday (Saturday paid as overtime)

Our Client is a fast-growing, family-run independent garage group, trusted for honesty, quality of work, and outstanding customer service. With strong demand for MOT, servicing, and repair services, we're now looking for a dedicated Jaguar Land Rover Specialist Technician to join the skilled team.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced JLR Specialist Technician with a proven background in Jaguar Land Rover vehicles. You'll bring a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to first-class workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on Jaguar Land Rover vehicles to manufacturer standards.
Using advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults efficiently.
Supporting the workshop team with technical knowledge and expertise.
Ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards.
What We're Looking For:
JLR brand experience (essential).
Qualified to Level 3 (minimum).
Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive, professional approach with a passion for delivering excellence.
What We Offer:
Competitive basic salary: 38,000 - 48,000 (DOE).
Performance-based bonus: 6,000 - 12,000.
Monday to Friday working hours (Saturday available as overtime).
