Temporary Data Migration Clerk (Excel / SAGE 200 Implementation)

Based across Aldershot, Farnborough (Primary site: Aldershot).

3-Month Contract

Full-Time- Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm or 9am - 5:30pm- Flexible Working hours

We are working with a leading company currently undergoing an exciting SAGE 200 implementation across their different divisions in the Hampshire region. They are seeking a Temporary Data Migration Clerk support essential work involving Excel data processing, BOM (Bills of Materials) updates, and supplier data coordination.

Overall responsibilities: -

  • Updating, formatting, and manipulating large Excel datasets related to Bills of Materials
  • Matching supplier part numbers, costs, and formats across multiple sheets
  • Refreshing and cleaning data to ensure alignment with new system requirements
  • Supporting configuration tasks for SAGE 200 implementation
  • Working on-site across various offices, with Aldershot as the primary base
  • Coordinating with internal teams for continuity and data accuracy

Key requirements:-

  • Proven proficiency in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, advanced formatting, data manipulation)
  • Sharp attention to detail and fast, accurate typing
  • Ability to manage time effectively and stay organised under pressure
  • Basic understanding of data structures
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Self-starter who’s comfortable working independently and switching locations weekly
  • Driving licence required due to multi-site working
