We are working with a leading company currently undergoing an exciting SAGE 200 implementation across their different divisions in the Hampshire region. They are seeking a Temporary Data Migration Clerk support essential work involving Excel data processing, BOM (Bills of Materials) updates, and supplier data coordination.
Overall responsibilities: -
- Updating, formatting, and manipulating large Excel datasets related to Bills of Materials
- Matching supplier part numbers, costs, and formats across multiple sheets
- Refreshing and cleaning data to ensure alignment with new system requirements
- Supporting configuration tasks for SAGE 200 implementation
- Working on-site across various offices, with Aldershot as the primary base
- Coordinating with internal teams for continuity and data accuracy
Key requirements:-
- Proven proficiency in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, advanced formatting, data manipulation)
- Sharp attention to detail and fast, accurate typing
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay organised under pressure
- Basic understanding of data structures
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Self-starter who’s comfortable working independently and switching locations weekly
- Driving licence required due to multi-site working
