Are you passionate about golf and skilled in building custom clubs? We are seeking a talented Club Builder to join our dynamic custom fit workshop team in Alton. Key Responsibilities:
- Construct custom golf clubs tailored to meet individual customer needs.
- Ensure precision in measurements and craftsmanship while adhering to committed lead times.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Stay updated on club components and their effects to enhance product quality.
What We're Looking For:
- Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring every club is built to perfection.
- Mathematical Skills: Comfort with imperial measurements is essential for accuracy in your work.
- Knowledge of Club Components: A solid understanding of the roles and effects of various club components is crucial.
- Punctuality & Flexibility: You are reliable and willing to adapt to flexible working hours, especially during peak season.
- Calm Under Pressure: You maintain composure and professionalism, even when faced with challenges.
- Passion for Excellence: Your enthusiasm for golf and dedication to quality shine through in your work and interactions with colleagues.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Up to 30,579 per annum, commensurate with experience.
- Permanent, Full-Time Role: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, starting at 7:00 am.
- Generous Leave Policy: Enjoy 20 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays! This increases by one day for each full calendar year up to a maximum of 25 days.
