- 7+ years in account management or client services within manufacturing or engineering
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and high-value customer portfolios
- Strong commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Background in aerospace or precision engineering preferred
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field desirable
