This role is focused on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Main Duties of the Role
- Provide a high level of customer service to a wide range of users, with varying IT knowledge
- Build strong relationships with customers both in person and remotely
- Quarterly auditing of client networks and infrastructure on-site and remotely
- Onboard new clients following best practises
- Create and maintain documentation of client networks, systems, applications and infrastructure
Your Skills and Experience
- Experience within a similar position
- You will be extremely personable with solid communication skills both written and verbal
- Desire to achieve customer satisfaction
- A good technical understanding of computer systems
Salary
- £30,000-£35,000 per annum
